How will my order
ship?
Orders within the continental U.S. will ship FedEx ground. Please
contact customer service for rates to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico
and International shipping.
Do I send my diploma
to you?
Please do not send your diploma. All frames include instructions on
how to mount your diploma.
Do you offer express
shipping?
Please contact customer service for express shipping rates.
My frame arrived
damaged.
Please contact customer service for a return authorization within 30
days from the delivery date. We will issue a call tag and exchange
the frame at no cost to you. Replacement frames will ship upon receipt
of the damaged frame.
