How will my order ship?
Orders within the continental U.S. will ship FedEx ground.
Please e-mail customer service for rates to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International shipping. 
  
Do I send my diploma to you?
Please do not send your diploma. All frames include easy-to-follow instructions on how to mount your diploma or certificate.

Do you offer express shipping?
Please e-mail customer service for express shipping quotes.

My frame arrived damaged.
Please e-mail customer service for a return authorization within 30 days from the delivery date. We will issue a call tag and exchange the frame at no cost to you. Replacement frames will ship upon receipt of the damaged frame.
