Returns and Exchanges
We take great pride in the quality of our products. Each frame is carefully inspected to ensure the highest possible quality standards. If you purchased your frame directly from Framing Success and aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, simply call us within 30 days of receipt for a replacement frame, or a full refund of your purchase price, minus shipping and handling charges. For frames purchased through a bookstore, please refer to the store’s return policy.
Damage During Shipping
Our shipping record is very impressive but as with any fragile object we do experience the occasional damage during shipping. If your frame is damaged in any way, please call our customer service number and we will have your product picked up and a replacement sent out as soon as possible.
