Returns and Exchanges:

Simply contact customer service and we will issue a return authorization. All exchanges or returns need to be done within 30 days from the delivery date. Any refunds will be for the total purchase price of merchandise only. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Damages:

In the event your frame should arrive damaged, please contact customer service and we will exchange the frame at no cost to you. All damages need to be reported within 30 days from the delivery date.
